This architect designed newly built, single-storey house sleeps up to eight guests across four ensuite bedrooms and boasts incredible views across the North Yorkshire countryside. Glass doors lead to a private terrace and lawn, providing stunning views of the countryside. The outdoor area is ideal for relaxing and spending time with your group.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, two ovens, and hob, ensuring a seamless self-catering stay.
The hallway leads to four spacious ensuite bedrooms – two with king-size beds and two with twins – all featuring calming décor and plush bedding.
The property includes three shower rooms, one bathroom, and an additional WC for convenience.


Our Neighbourhood
Brompton-by-Sawdon is a small village located roughly midway between the seaside resort of Scarborough and the market town of Pickering. The village has great access to a number of walks and often, you can stumble across artists painting the local views which include the beck, the swans on the Brompton ponds, the ducks, free ranging hens and lambs.
In Scarborough, there are a number of beaches for you to choose from. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe! Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000-year history. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open-Air Theatre is where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby.
Head to the thriving town of Pickering and you’ll find plenty of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars so you won’t tire of things to do. Explore Pickering Castle which is packed with a rich history dating back to the 12th century. Enjoy a walk on the iconic Cleveland Way, or head to Dalby Forest where you can explore the gentle woodland trails.
